My name is Jessy Manuel. I am a Chef and food is one of my greatest loves. I never take for granted that relationship. There is a holiness in nurturing the land and its animals and in return it nourishes and sustains you. This love for food has taken me across oceans, high in the mountains and in some of the most remote parts of the world; cooking, connecting, learning and sharing. Living in harmony with nature and cultivating ones own wisdom from their own experience with food is a beautiful way to connect with others. I share my life stories and lessons through food. To nourish others, feeds my soul.
